Denver's Dangerous Theatre is proud to offer an original holiday comedy about how Santa hates his life. Really. It sucks. It is no fun being Santa in 2013. The elves are unionized. He needs licensing agreements with everyone from Apple to Lego. PETA is up his ass over the reindeer. To add insult to injury, The Jolly Old Elf is diagnosed with Celiac Disease. No more Christmas cookies. It turns out the cookies are what make him jolly.
This train wreck of a holiday play will have you laughing eggnog out your nose. Unless you are easily offended, then you won't be laughing because you are too damn easily offended. If you are easily offended go to some other lame holiday play at some other theatre. WARNING: adult language and situations as well as bad dance sequences.
Written primarily by Winnie Wenglewick with lots of help from Brittany Lacour and a few words or two by Eric Gunnell. All of whom are in the play.
